Born and bred in the vibrant streets of Montréal's NDG, oneFour DAV is a talented DPSC artist and a father of three, driven by a profound love for his Trini-Jamaican roots and the city's diverse musical culture. His musical journey commenced with private piano lessons and watching his father's captivating drum and steel pan performances with West-Can. This early exposure ignited his passion for music.

At the age of 8-9, oneFour DAV discovered rap through a Jewish friend who introduced him to Eminem's "Hi, My Name Is," sparking his lyrical journey. Like many of his generation, "8 Mile" became their battle rap blueprint. Through adolescence, oneFour DAV embraced self- bestowed nicknames, evolving from "Wise" to "D-wise" on Facebook, marking his digital presence before social media's marketing potential blossomed. During his time in Gatineau, he co-founded "The Lifestyle" clothing brand with his brother and the founder of Left Lane Lifestyle music group, D-Chase. In Triple L, he emerged as a promising artist. Returning to Montréal, oneFour DAV reunited with the music scene, transitioning from "Wise One Four" to "OneFour DAV," embracing his roots. His life straddled two cities, Montréal and Ottawa, fostering a unique perspective he brings to his art. After a short hiatus from the scene , SWMG (South West Music Group) reignited his music career by showcasing his talents at many Blue Dog events , and he continues to grow as an artist. oneFour DAV's artistic persona exudes happiness, yet he's unwavering in defending those he cares for.
